So I just finished my first harvest and have decided to rebuild my grow room and add some more gear, mainly co2 enrichment. I averaged about a pound per 600w light so I feel pretty good about it. Id like to use a tank and regulator. I want the room to be airtight and am lost as too what kind of ac too install. From the research I have done it seems that most air conditioners pull some air from inside the room and exhaust it too the outside. Obviously, this would be super sucko for a sealed environment.

All of the window installation fans seem to exhaust room air through the window and even the portable units have a single exhaust tube that sucks air out of the room. I did find some units that have "dual exhaust". They claim that air goes in one and out the other. Sounds good but the way wikipedia explains a/c units makes me think they still remove some air from the room. Will one of these work and maintain a sealed environment? What type of air conditioning have you used? in a sealed room?

thanks in advance for the help, this one has got me stumped and I really want to bring my garden up to the next level.

yes they will maintain a sealed environment. they have these types of AC's at grow shops for specifically this purpose. i kick myself in the ass for not investing in one of those when i bought my AC.

In veg I used 850 strands of white christmas lights I got at the dollars store. Nah, not really. I have been experimenting with a variety of lamps/bulbs/shades etc. I have also been tuning my hydro system for four months now, I think its a pretty strong system. I already have cool tubes so thats no problem. I am sure I have spent more on equipment than value of weed I have grown (or will grow), but this is definately just for fun.
