Keeping Different Males In The Same Tent?

Can you successfully keep say 2 or 3 different males in a tent? Then pull one out at a time to harvest the pollen from it? (Say cutting only the pods and sifting them separately?) Or would you end up with cross contamination of pollen?

Pollen is very small so I am guessing the pollen will be everywhere

Yes, but if I only grab pollen off the plant after it's been removed from the other plant could that work? Or are you saying pollen from one male could go onto the other male?

put a polly bag over each male and tie the open end round the stem, clear polly bags that is
Is this the entire 3 weeks before pollen starts? or as you just saying to cover them near the end? Would this create mold/pm if they're in a sealed bag?

I'm not actually sure how the big breeders do it, but if pollen is floating about, contamination will occur

You can keep males of different strains in the same tent but you have to separate them before they start dropping pollen. It's not a good practice and if you do it you need to separate them before they start dropping any pollen. Once the pollen sacs are mostly formed the plants don't need a ton of light so if you have other rooms it's best to separate them early. You can use CFL's or even close to a window for outside light as you won't need a fancy light for the pollen sacs to open and release pollen once the plants are close.

I sometimes run multiple males of the same strain in the same tent and mix the pollen intentionally when I'm making seeds of landraces for the vault. But that's entirely different than males of different strains sharing the same tent if they're dropping pollen. I do it so I have seeds pollinated by different males so I maintain more diversity.
