Thanks! Now I just hope she is done by the first week of DEC. I doubt it, but I goto Vegas for 4 days in late November and I need to make sure they stay watered while I am gone.Isn't it crazy how plants can make us feel so good? She's looking great

Nice! I'm beginning to wander if it's easier to monitor soil-less grows
vs regular soil. It'll be a while before I can grow, but I don't think
I'll be able to manage such a constant feeding scheduled none the less.

I used to grow in soil. The growth rate of my hempy buckets are much faster and more vigorous. I love the ability of flushing if there are any issues and I love how fast the plants respond to nutes. That could be a bad thing though if the ph or ppm is off though. I am never going back to soil. This is the best method for me.

Well my 4x12 odor sok came in today. I got it setup tucked in the left corner of the cab. Lights are off now and it's running a degree or two less than ambient. We will see what happens when the lights are on though.
For anyone that has ever used an Ona block, you know how strong it is. I can't even come close to smelling it inside the cab with the doors closed now. The filter works great so far.

Thanks man, I would recommend it to everyone. Super easy, with growth rate like DWC.you make me courious about hempy...will try next grow

Hey Kief your grow cab is DOPE! I consider myself somewhat of a mcguyver when it comes to getting creative with my grow boxes but they never look as choice as that bad boy does. KUDOS! After reading your thread and the world of hempy I think im going to start some seeds tomorrow for a couple 2L hempys.
Quick question. Do you start your seeds in straight perlite or could I use a Jiffy Pellet to start and plant on top of my perlite in the soil cap. Just wonder what your thoughts are on starting seelings in HEMPYS?

looking good, hairs are turning red, she should be done soon huh? looks like those buds are starting to get heavy. when mine got like that the branches started just falling over so i had to use a string and tied it around the whole bush to keep em up.

I pop seeds in rockwool cubes, but I have used the jiffy pellets without issue as well. I dont do the soil cap, but I have read about it. I like just straight perlite... maybe next time I will add some vermiculite so I dont need to water everyday though..
I was talking to a guy the other day who grows this strain and he said he harvests at 9 weeks.. I am just over 4 now so another 4-5 weeks more..
I hope the branches get that heavy

Nice. Thanks for the response Keif, it definitely helped. I started 8 seeds today all in homemade hempy buckets. I did a few with the soil cap and few without so we will see how it goes.
Seeds are KC BRAINS LEDA UNO. Can't find much info on them so if anyone out there has grown them using any method I could use the tips being a NEWB.

I am hoping by that time I hit my goal of 2oz on her. Thanks man! I'm excited. Haven't harvested anything in about two years
had to put the grow on pause because of living situations.

yeah that sounds about right. i usually harvest at around 8 - 10 weeks , but the plants will tell you when they are ready. mine got so heavy i came in one day and one was laying on the floor lol but that was a different setup , 400w hps ebb and flow with hydroton rocks. i was pulling off 2 1/2 ounces per plant back then.I was talking to a guy the other day who grows this strain and he said he harvests at 9 weeks.. Yeah, I just had to prop mine up and tie it so its tight, she was half tipped over.
Shes getting heavy-
