has anyone here ordered organic inputs from kelp4less? i like that they’ve got just about everything I need for my teas and they offer free shipping, just want to make sure that I’m purchasing quality inputs, specifically their bat guano. or If someone else has somewhere better that I can order both high n and high p bat guano for, I’m all ears! Thanks In advance for your input!

Yes but they do overprice most things. Try to get stuff on a flash sale or promo code to avoid the markup. I also think bat guano is overrated. There are many other fertilizer inputs that are cheaper and more sustainable but I get the hype for something that feels exotic. Be advised; a lot of their “blends” of nutrients are not even organic. They sell loose bagged 20-20-20 “plant food” that may well be frikkin miracle grow. Just saying not everything they sell is safe for living soil.
I do like using their enzyme powders which while prices are inflated for what you are getting you only need a small quantity to throw in with your recycling soil. Nice thing is you can usually get whatever amendments you need in small amounts. Have no qualms about what they sell; quality always seems top notch.

Yeah, I don’t plan on buying any of their premade or premixed products.problem is that most of the local shops have inventory issues right now. I like bat guano just because I’m experienced with the use of it. I’m sure as I get further along this strictly organic path, I’ll experiment using other inputs. I did notice some of the stuff is overpriced, however compared to a lot of the other online retailers of organic amendments, the free shipping actually made up for the price difference. It’s good to hear the quality has always been top notch tho, because the only things I could really find readily available local to me was roots Organics products and SOME DTE. I don’t mind DTE but in general, I don’t really like purchasing "commercial" organic inputs. i’m sure a lot of is all sourced from the same places, I just wonder how long it sits in a bag or a box somewhere before it gets to me. Maybe thats a silly opinion to have, it’s just the way the growers I came up around always thought.

Down to earth has a high n bat guano, and their seabird guano is 0-11-0. Free shipping if you got amazon prime. Looks to be half as expensive as kelpforless

I have used their Fish Bone Meal and liked it, only reason I went back to high P Guano was I use it in my flowers and Elephant Ears outside. Raccoons and Bears were a problem.

Kelp4less’s bone meal? if so, do you buy your high p guano from Kelp4less too? that’s actually how I came across Kelp4less, I was looking for good high p guano. I like the 0-7-0 ratio so that’s a plus.

Mostly used Archipelago 0-7-0 for years and am also using Guano-Organic which blends in some High N Bat Guano and is 2-15-2. Last stuff from eBay and both work well. I don’t overload on Phosphorus in the overall mix. Archipelago seems to supply a lot of resellers.
