kid's Super SOG MiniTent

hey boys and girl

the kids back with a new grow after 9 sad months without growing or cheifing.

ill be running a dr bud style sog with a few normal soil pots just in case the pop bottles dont do the trick. im running 142w cfl and a 70w remote ballast hps. the temps are suprisingly low (78 w/ light left on for 3 hours) behind a heating unit and no ventilation in the tent but ill use 2 6in cpu fans run through carbon filters for the exhaust and a 90 mm fan for intake. ill be bumming a few western winds beans from a friend untill i can order these:

Sagarmatha- western winds
soma- lavender,
tga- querkle, agent orange, chernobyl,
sensi- big bud

well im not done painting and i havent put in ventilation but heres the work in progress

Off to a good start. Nice selection as well. Maybe it was for the pics or since you're still working on it, but I would recommend getting the lights closer to your future ladies. Looking forward to the show, thanks for posting

yea i know the lights are to high but theyre actually on hooks with clips pictured below so its fully adjustable and if i knock them they wont fall off.

dont worry this should be a decent grow knock on wood now that ive had a few grows to practice. idk i might add 4 more sockets by the hps because i thought the hps would be stronger.

went ahead and threw some bagseed in a shot glass and put in the grow box with the lights off hopefully ill see some germinate

well one of the seeds popped today so in a few days i should have atleast one seed to plant hahaha

common,you could bought some party cups,for like 2$.I suggest you block that clear plastic.

yea if i used the party cups i get less volume and a larger diameter which means less plants. i plan on having that FULL of plants its called the dr bud method. dr bud claimed 2+ grams per watt with it. mr bombdiggity on this site also got amazing results with his cab. and yes they will be wraped in duct tape.

move the cfls closer

already did they were there so i could make adjustments. im pretty sure i said that but heres what it looks like now with 4 more 30w cfls. putting me at a grand total of 334w so i wont be adding any more light



those are 4 inches from the pots except the hps

well i have three sprouts so im somewhat excited when they get their first set of leaves ill put up some pics

just looked on craigslist. found a whole sale of a tent 2 400w hids inline fans carbon filters and even some quality nutes

consider me suscribed. just as a suggestion, i would take out the hps and save her for flowering. i know you dont intend on adding any more light for this so that means you wont have any additional light during flowering to shock and surprise your plants with. those cfls will be plenty to veg and they will not become complacent with the light if u wait til flowering to add the hps. also, when i get back to my house from xmas break and finish my current grow, i will be starting a 150w hps sea of green using about 8-15 2 liter bottles. i wanna see just how much i can yield with just that one light to prove a few ppl wrong ill start a journal or just shoot you some pics so you can check it out if youd like.

sounds great yea for now i dont think i need the hps it isnt running now im putting in an extra exhaust not to mention carbon filters before flower.

okay so now i sit and wait for seeds.... 2 plants is boring hahahah

popped a purple kush seed from a friend in a film canaster to germ hopefully ill get some seeds in the mail after the postal service chills from the holidays..... i spent 130$ on shit from lows..... i light prooffed some rubbermaids my cousin will be posting pics soon. there going to be at his house theres gonna be 3 set ups. 2 sets of 2 30 gal rubbermaids stacked. 1 set for veg and one for flower. then there will be 2 18 gal rubbermaids stacked. these will be used for whatever extra we need.

well i found out after all this trouble me and my roomates are moving. well have time to for a harvest because of this shit economy...... but i dont want to spend as much on strains because i dont know if its gonna be easy to transport multiple mothers without things looking suspicious.... therefore im waiting until my cousins are ready to take care of expensive strains

well my plants are looking good. theres not enough but its all good..... ones already starting to show her first true nodes so itll be getting a top since i need to buy time for seeds to come
