Kings plus 600watt

Newbie here, currently on my first grow and had a question. Ive started off in a 15”x30”x36” cardboard box with only 4-24 watt cfls. Surprisingly enough I’m 25 days from seed and the plants have gotten to about 8” tall or so with 6 or so nodes. I ordered a 32”x32”x63” tent along with a ventilation system. For the light I was short on cash and bought a 600w kingsman led. Will this be sufficient enough, or should I add my cfls in with it?

I would keep the CFL's. Those King lights are a piece of crap!

So would you not put it in there at all or along with the led?

put all of the lights in there.

Ok, I was thinking the same but wasn’t sure if the full spectrum coloring of the led mixed with the whiter light of the cfls would effect anything

Don't fall for that 'Full Spectrum' crap. If it's blurple it won't flower worth a crap.

Im new to growing myself but do have friends that do and have for a while. That comment confuses me lol 3 of em use led(a little higher end then what I’ve purchased lol) but theirs has a “blurple” tone to it and do great numbers each harvest

The older 'blurple' red/blue fixtures can and do grow decent smoke. They just don't do it as well as newer tech. Good luck with your grow.

This blanket statement is false.

Ok. So I guess I’m going to put up the 600w led(120-130 actual watts) and around 120watts of cfl. That’s almost 250 actual watts...would that do it?

Hack your light with 2 cob 1212 will be enought
