Lol I ain't siding with anyone. This thread is funny, turning into a dick measuring contest.

1. Where are the controls?
2. Everything is the same with the exception of "kushy kush"?
3. How are you quantifying the results?

Lol at cash croppers. If I was one, I'm doing it completely wrong.

I didn't bother doing a side by side with the two being that they are so similar ingredient wise. All I did was dose KK to equal the ppm of BB, and used it exactly the same. When measuring the ppm of each it's easy to see that KK has between 2-3x the ppm amount of BB. I am getting exactly the same results as I did with full strength BB.

You can say of course because they don't make a difference in the first place. Which is an opinion you are more entitled to have, and I am not trying to say at all that you are wrong for having that opinion. I am just providing what I believe to be valuable information for consumers of bottled nutrients who may in the future consider using Big Bud, that Kushie Kush is a more economical alternative between the two. .

What about the dry/powder bigbud? Wouldn't that be cheaper? Or do they not make that snake oil anymore?

AN is actually discontinuing all their powders from what I understand. But yeah powdered big bud and powdered carbo load was way cheaper compared to their liquid versions. Powdered carbo load is actually cheaper than most molasses products per dose.

True I don't believe they make a difference, but that's decently laid out. Where the results the same but simply by using a cheaper product?

All about adding information to the the forum, so I give ya credit on that.

I'm sorry but what do you mean a cheaper product. Kushie Kush is roughly 5-10 more than Big Bud, but when you break it down by dose in the way I use Kushie Kush , KK is over half the price per gallon.

I don't use any boosters or other bottles.

I don't know the price difference between the two.
My question was is there a measurable difference in usage? Or was your wallet simply lighter

Between the 2 products not at all. I have been using boosters for the last 3-4 years, so I haven't tried not using them since my gardening skill has increased. I did see an increase when I started using them, but who is to say that I could not do the same thing with now knowing the ratios the plants like at certain times. I have gotten in the habit of using them, I don't find it complicated using multiple products, and the cost is not a big deal to me. I have not once on RIU suggest anyone use a particular booster over another, but I have experience with quite a few to give an honest opinion on how they perform compared to some of their competitors. For example I would use big swell over KK if it wasn't for the higher dosage rate of Big Swell(2-4ml of KK, compared to 10-15ml of big swell).

I can say though that I can hit the same yield with many different booster no matter the company. I now focus more on how they affect the finished product when it comes to look, taste, smell, and oil production.

Nice response. Surely with experience alone one should become a better grower. I know that is the truth with me, plus running clones and getting to know ones plants improves oneself.

Why not try without the products? I bet you will find that on skills and meeting the basic necessities a plant needs alone will give you the same if not better results.

I am doing a 1 plant run with 1/8th of what I usually use to see just that in about 6 weeks(just took cuttings for this a few days ago). I would do it in my experiment tent, but my boss gave me two boxes of Nector For The Gods Samples that will be used in my next 8 plant experiment run, so customers(and myself) can see what that line has to offer.

I gotta admit, when I was farting around with additives, it did bring new excitement to my grows. I fill that void by pheno-hunting nowadays.
Time to strap on the green headlamp and go to work. It's been soooo fun. Lol

I did a side by side test and used dyna-grow only on one side and Kushy Kushk mo fo shit added on the other. The KK produced 40% more yield. End of argument. If you want to see piks I can scrounge some up on the interwebber net to prove it.
