Red robin, I also agree with self defence. but you have to ask yourself if you can accept everything that comes with taking another persons life. it's not just pulling the trigger and its over, there is a whole lot more to it than that. If you think you can deal with the responsability of killing somone, you better think about it over and over before you do it because you cant change that decision. also, never pull a gun unless you intend and are ready to use it because if you hesatate you could be killed. and yes I would kill somone in self defence under the right circumstances.

Yeah, that whole living with the regret of taking that persons life would take me about 3 seconds to deal with because that's about the time it would take me to apply the same standard to the dead man.

Just give him a little space right now he's pissed he got jumped, but sooner or later he'll come around and realize it wasn't your fault and if he doesn't then maybe he wasnt as interested in you as you thought he was

No one wants to get killed but if someone that is beating someone else is willing to die for it, then well, that's their own fucking stupid decision to make and they will have to pay for the consequences. Everyone will.

The moral: Dont be an asshole and violently attack people and everything will be okay, and if you are violently attacked protect yourself at all costs.

LA is fucking crazy, I live here. I would stop at nothing to walk away from something like what your friend went through. That doesnt mean that I should be made to feel prematurely guilty for holding the position of self-defense that I do. I will cope with the consequences of my actions, but I can't ask that of others. So, when out of balance no one benefits, but that doesn't mean one has to have his ass kicked, or die.

I have contemplated the thought of killing someone. Its not like I go on drive bys every weekend, and its not like im out looking for someone to kill.

I carry my guns for this exact situation. Im not going to shoot anyone without assesing the situation first. If I feel my life is threatend or anyone elses life for that matter, I will kill them.

What if your at the bank, cashing a check, and two men charge in with ski mask, and assault rifles? At the end of the day the bank tellers and local law enforcement are sure going to be happy that I carry a gun.

I been jumped working for pizza hut, I fought back if i had a gun no doubt i would have pulled it, but they were highschool kids I would have off'd some ignorant little (not so little) kids, lucky for them I didn't have a gun, I still kicked there asses, they underestamated the power of the dark side, and didn't know we had clay heating pads in those pizza bags bam!! lol

What would they have to do with it. Nothing would change in their lives, nor mine, it is legal to kill someone in self defense. If you dont understand that then, I dont know what else to say to you.
