lady bugs

i noticed some lady bugs today. i know some people use them but these were like brown im in washington i think they are motted? ladybugs. anyway im just wondering if different ladybugs can be a problem or cures and a blessing type of thing

Rest easy, they are fine. I have them too, I'm in B.C.

are they cutting down on bugs?

I see these little black/brown lady bugs, the occasional spider and some random winged thing from time to time. My plants don't show any signs of being eaten by anything though.
