I mixed some soil this morning. Let me get it down while my memory is fresh. I'm out of High Cotton compost, so I have made some small adjustments. But this is my basic Adult Tomato mix.

10 gal mushroom compost
10 gal peat moss
10 gal Sungrow potting soil
5 gal chicken manure compost
5 gal cow manure compost
2 1/2 gal Scott's moisture control potting soil
2 1/ gal Jungle grow potting soil

12 cups coffee ground compost
4 cups perlite
3 cups Epson salts
2 cups pelleted lime
2 cups crushed lime
2 cups bone meal {I'm out of blood meal at the moment}
1 cup smelly organic ferts {I do have the numbers somewhere}
1 cup 19-6-12 time release ferts

Yesterday afternoon I raided Mamma's old greenhouse for pots. I got 4 10-15 gallon pots and got them in the ground with soil. I put 11 more HH {FP} seeds in two pots. Then about 2300 I went back and planted 8 Powernap X SMC X Ass Cheese and 3 Powernap X SMC X GdR from seeds that came off the rolling tray at the camp.

I moved 10 of the pots out to the sun today. Found another shelving unit and put everything in it and covered it with screen. I have 8 more pots, plus the ant ate stub of BS Squared. It's still green, so you never know.

You can see how much bigger the ones in the cups are after a couple days of sun. Some of them are tall and lanky, so I may go ahead and put them in pots the next good rainy day.

Yesterday morning when I was having my morning garden smoke of Ass Cheese {stl} a seed popped out of the bud. I had already put my stash bag up, and the pot where the PN X SMC {bil} X AC {stl} seed had failed to come up was just sitting there. So I planted it. I carried it with the rest of the pots when I moved them.

The seeds I had planted the other day were coming up. No good after pictures, but I transplanted three of the PN X SMC {bil} X AC {stl} into two pots, leaving the last one in the pot I had germinated them in. Also did 2 or 3 pots of PN X SMC {bil} X GdR {stl}.

I put all those {as well as the 2 pots of HH sprouts} under screen.

I was out of soil, so I mixed up a batch yesterday afternoon. I'm out or running low on several things, so this one is a kind of low rent mix. I really need to drive my truck to town one of these days.

Here is the mix.

In the truck. It fits in 3 15 gallon pots. {I've got to clean out my truck. I won't be able to fit many bales of soil in there until I do}

And in {mostly} 3 gallon pots. Yesterday I ask at a local nursery about pots, and got a pretty good stack of 3's. Need to take them a mess of peas when the patch comes in.

Alright, I got all my watched threads read, so I can post a few more pictures now. Some of the sprouts in cups were way too tall and lanky, and had to be potted. There was no room under the screen, so I went ahead and put them in the pots I had buried the other day. These are all BST crosses, so I'll take my chances with the grasshoppers.

I put 5 Little Sister in one pot. Three of them are so grasshopper ate I doubt they will do anything, and the odds are at least one of the others will be a male. With my luck all of them will make it, and all of them ladies. Little Sister is BST2 {GN} X BST2 {GN}.

Next I put the 2 Hurricane Head {GN} in a pot. A few days ago I had gave up on the other 2 HH {GN} seeds and used the soil from one of them to top off the 2 HH, and dumped what as left on top of the other cup. The next day I saw a sprout in it. oops.

Hurricane Head {GN} is BST2 {GN} X BST1 {GN}

I had 6 of these lanky Hurricane Head {FP} and only 2 holes ready. So 3 per pot. I'm expecting to lose some and have some males too. Maybe I won't be too over crowded.

Hurricane Head {FP} is BST2 {Big & Stinky} X BST1 {FP}

There was one that was pretty used up by the grasshoppers. I like to add an handful of sand to the top of the soil, so it isn't so black. Soon the plants will be big enough to block the pot, but until then I worry about it being seen from the air.

I had planned on putting most of the BST crosses with the Peach in the JP patch, but I had time restraints and no holes dug over there. These holes are in what was my Holding Grounds last season. The trees have grown 2-3 foot and it was no longer useful as a holding grounds, but will work fine as a patch. I guess I will call it HG.

This little patch of pines is where I had the Deer Ate CP1 last year. I was going to ro-do the hole, and plant it again this year. The trees and weeds had grown so much all the sun was blocked. It was not usable.
