last 3 wks

some1 told me that in the last 3 wks be 4 harvest when the first hairs start to go brown you flush the plants out with just water till harvest, swop your light from 12 hrs to 14 hrs of light , your ment to get much better yield and the buds ment to tast better

DOES ANYONE NO IF THIS IS TRUE??????

you should definately flush out the plants 2-3 wks. before harvest to get the nutes out,make the bud taste better,etc.I have,and others too,switched over from 12 to 14,but all it did was stress my plants alittle,and I mean a LITTLE,with no other problems,etc.I guess it's a matter of opinion....

but what i dont understand is why the change in hours of light whats it ment to do, if it puts stress on the plants i cant see the point ???

does any1 have any advice
