Late stage pollination? Can I let the plant go past end of harvest?

Long story short I will have about 2 weeks left by the time I can pollinate. Can I pollinate a lower branch, take the finished buds when they are ready but leave the pollinated branch to finish for a couple more weeks? Rodelization is almost exactly letting the plant go longer to make seeds right?

I did Google this already but there is a ton of stuffz about pollinating so if anyone in the know can let me know, that'd be great. If not I will put another set of little plants in the flower room and just use them instead.

why yes sir you can . it is a great way to make seeds an still have seedless buds .
i use a paper bag an put the pollen in it then tape it to the desiered branch .
then 1 or 2 days later spray the bag till wet THEN remove .
