Late Transplant. Are they Healthy? First grow Ak49 Auto

Hey everyone. I just started my first closet grow and figured i would register, cause hell, ill have more than one question.
Anyway, I am growing two ak49 Autoflowers. I made the mistake of letting them grow in the "party cup" for about a half week too long (2 weeks from sprout) and they were partially root bound. I feel I stunted their full potential growth. They are know together in a 3.5 Gallon pot since i have little to no real estate for them.
My lighting is all CFLs and consist of is 2, 5600k 27w; 1, 5600k 60w and i just added a single 2700k 20w with several more ready to be plugged in. in a 24"x36" area (very small i know)

The plant infront of the light w\ brown socket is 6 weeks, the other 4.5 weeks.

I doubt very much that the plants were suffering from being root bound, even when planted in a "party cup". I personally use foam cups as they are a little easier to make 4-5 drainage holes simply by heating a 12 penny nail head. They also are easier to remove from the cup by making a single slice vertically along the side. I would be more concerned about the placement of 2 plants in one container. Not because of any potential root binding on a short-lived Auto, but, because of potential light penetration issues as the plant mature. Also, what's up with the all the aluminum foil? Reflectivity is minimum if any, especially with cfl lighting.

Yea aluminum foil and mirrors both suck for reflectivity despite what you might think from looking at them lol. get some mylar
