Laws in Canada

I was tempted to sit down with my lawyer and see if I could determine specifically marijuana/marihuana laws in Canada.

As a grower I appreciate I am taking risk. I want to educate myself on my rights and what risk I am really taking.

Friends of mine in the industry have advised getting as close to medicinal marijuana as possible and by that they mean selling to a compassion club or something so in the event of a lawsuit you have some backing versus selling to 12 year olds.

Thoughts?

cant see the harm in at least proposing that theory to your lawyer?

besides giving or almost giving away will look good...ya know charity wise
