Leaching salts from rockwool

Hello,

On my 9th week of growing overall (ebb and flow) and still haven't flushed the 6" rockwool cubes. There is a little bit of salt buildup on the top of the cube however the bottom looks fine for now (where all the roots are), the plants are fine and showing no signs of anything.

The question is can these cubes survive 4 more weeks, or should I leach the salts from them. And if I decide to flush them would flooding my tables with plain tap water suffice? And for how long?

Don't want to damage the plants with this flushing.

Thanks,

easy, you can use a hose with shower head to wash the cubes thoroughly, then you can flood and drain with nutrient. you will not notice any drawback from the flush if you feed straight away after it
