Mine did the SAME exact thing.. I think it was the nutes in my soil.
But now they are happy month old pretty ladies.

I flushed the soil free of nutes.. Let them do their own thing & they seemed to be very happy.
I also & still am doing 20/4 so I thought maybe it was too much light? Or heat stress for them?

Seedlings need nothing, just water. You can just use RO water to be safe, pH about 6.3.
You will NOT speed things up with a feeding regiment on seedlings.

If you germinate a seed with maxi crop seaweed for 24 hr, It will grow faster, but never feed seedlings .... not even 1/2 strength, they just don't need it, it's like trying to feed a hamburger to a newborn.

Put the back side of ur hand under the light, if it feels to warm to you....then yes, to low.

It feels ok not uncomfortable the leaves that are curling are a darker green I noticed so I'm thinking to much nitrogen rams horn?
