Leaf curl - new environment?

What is wrong when the end tips of the leaves curl under?

I'm having way more issues than I've ever had before...

I have a 600W HPS over 12 plants sitting in a 20 gallon ebb&flow setup. I just moved to way North in the U.S. from way South in the U.S. I don't know if this could effect anything, but I've never had these problems before where I used to live. My plants are roughly 3 weeks old... Anyone have any input as to why my leaves are doing this?

Leaf curl is a cooling issue.

Yeah, so what? The title says leaf curl; I say leaf curl. What kind of new information is to be gleaned from rereading the title? WTF does potassium have to do with anything?
