First is just of the whole crop blue lemon thai back left, purple bagseed back right
and everything inbetween is my Pandora autoflowers.
Middle pic sorry so crappy is what I was talking about in this post new growth
never seen this befor. And last pic is of my billy badass Cfls lookin good if
I dont say so myself lol any thoughts would be awesome was thinkin they were lookin
like male preflowers but its clearly a new leaf or branch shooting out of that spot any thoughts?

Really? I guess i've just never seen a leaf or another brach grow inbetween another branch and a fan leaf where the pistols would usually show up at. Just seems really odd to me. Any suggestions on why these autoflowers are like that and my purple or blue lemon thai or previous grows of white widow have not done that? Paradise Seeds says there multiple branching on the package but bottom line is its def not a herm or male right? They do have pistols at the top nodes and those like in the pic are further down...

Well I figured that lol but whats up with the leaf forming in that spot? Now that i've been told it seems normal not so worried but still would like to know why im seeing those leaves sprout where you would normaly see the pre flowers or whatever? Just curious now seeing as ive never seen a plant do that befor! Hell maybe its just the strain.

Sweet well thanks everyone now I can sleep peacefully lol, I hear these storys about people getin fem seeds and end up with males glad thats not my case. My purp is gonna take a trip over to my brothers house to flower with his KC Brains under a 1000 watt Hps because ive ran out of room was tryin to veg it till my blue lemon thai caught up to it but it took off over the last week lol but thanks again guys this sit has always been very helpful.

I know you gotta keep them close to the plants lol and yes sir I did raise them up for the pic except the ones above my tall plant those ones stay put thats why its going under the hps at my brothers house ran out of room lol

Yeah, it's normal. Some strains are just more bushy then others. My White Widow's are extremely bushy, especially after topping or fimming them, great for scrog, or just tying down if you have the sq ft available....

My last grow all of those turned into hermie branches with seeds
If your last grow turned out hermie then you need to keep repeating grows till they dont.

Anything can grow from the preflower point and base of branches as undiferentiatedcells have this ability.

Its why there are so many weird preflower threads here too.

Everything is a male to noobs :-)

This thread is from 2012 and those people long gone.

And no. It's not a male trait. It's normal growth.
I've never seen nodes growing from the point that preflowers come from. It may be normal in the sense that I see new oddities of growth that I've never seen before every so often this isn't a normal or common type of growth.

On that note, something else that I've only ever seen once before;

Apparently I can't post pictures.
