Leaf is getting curly after that crunchy. HELP PLEASE

Hello ,so my autoflowering plant is in flowering stage and I have question. Today I saw that one leaf have something white in it and its curling I decided to water it but that kept getting worse and worse now even is crunchy... Please give advices what to do and what is that white thing on the leaf.

Btw: Overall does it look good ? It starts even to get those orange pistils on it.

Also should it have orange hair so early ?
