What soil are you using and what are you using for nutrients?

Starting in a plug or cup and up potting properly should prevent these problems. Your plant is solo cup size now.
the soil has already alot of nutes bro those soils come pre amended so that you dont gotta add anything for about 6months or more.the tips are burnt it can be nute burn i just had fan burn because my fans weren't oscillating and they were too close just water and let soil get bone dry before watering again keep posting pictures everyday so we can help you to see what the progression is and from there we can figure it out

Put her in a smaller pot, perhaps a solo cup like @Fallguy111 said. Make sure you have good drainage holes. Only water when the container feels light. Just water with Ph'd water until she needs some nutes. Then go lightly so you don't get tip burn again on the new growth.

Always …. Let the host soil do the initial feeding without adding anything for a few weeks. It is a soil that is nute dense and plenty for a plant to feed on.
Basically a water only soil.
As far as TRIO - there are better options ( not so concentrated ). That line of nutrients can lead to heavy salt buildup if you are not careful.
Not to sound like a broken record on FFOF soil , but you literally can just add more fresh soil on top of container when needed to basically recharge what was exhausted by plant.
As far as burn - it can be from the soil alone or from you adding even more fertilizer to that soil- just water it as needed ( not soak or flush ) and let plant work through it. Allow plant to use excess up at its own pace - make sure your grow environment side of things is good ( temps / RH ) and let plant drive the car. Good temps and Rh facilitate growth too ( transpiration/ etc. )

I haven't read the rest.. as soon as seen this I new what's up... first,, stop feeding/watering so much..just clean water when needed(dry a full nuckle deep.. you have nutrient lock out.. to much food and watering goin on to often....
I run ffof from the start.. no food for at least 1 to 1, 1/2 months.. all depends on your style... three days
