Yes, this does look like Potassium (K) deficiency. Am I seing wrong or do most of your plants have some form of K deficiency? What N-K-P do your nutes have? What is your pH? What soil are you using?

Quick fix would be getting some nutes with higher K, but still a high amount of N and a reasonable amount of P.

PS: 83F is still a bit warm, try lowering under 80F.

Yeah my PH was 8 but i have one of those crappy meters(non dig). I dropped my dig in the runoff trying to test it. All plants were 8+PH so I flushed them in the tub with 2.0PH H20 & this brought it down to around sevennish & yes all plants are showing the same K def symptoms exept for the white russian sprout in coco/castings/perlite. Thats FOX FARM Ocean Forest Soil from a year ago that i left in pots on my balcony all summer down in this hot ass TX wheather. Considering that 83 on the side of the reflector is hard to pull off with 60 degree wheather on December 20th. & The set up is in a 4X4 walkinn closet in an apartment. Should be thriveing. I use Fox Farm grow big 5ml/gl & 5ml cal mag & 10ml Fox Farm Super Bloom. I also foliar feed (now) with fox farm grow big 5ml/gl daily. I think the acid H2O bath on the soil helped Im seeing slight improvement but maybe I need another treatment. My tap H2O has a Ph of 9!!!

Try another flush and if you still can't get that perfect 6-7 pH add pH-down (foundin pet stores, usually used to lower pH in aquarium water, it's very efficient, using organic acids).

Your K deficit was clearly caused because the K was locked out due to pH. Lower the pH and you'll be in the green (many puns intended).

PS: don't overfeed her now with Super Bloom. Because all that K (and probably some other nutes) was locked out, there's a lot of it already in the soil. Adding too much now can kill your plant. Add 1/2 - 3/4 of your usual nute concentration for another week or so or until you notice total recovery from the deficit.
