Leafs are curling up

so it popped out of the soil December 24th I have taken a picture every day it's sweet seeds sweet skunk it's growing in straight fox farms ocean forest here are the pictures it's under 300 watt mars hydro (I know this lighting makes it hard to see I'm sorry) if you see anything wrong please tell me it looks like the first picture has some nute burn I'm worried about the leafs being curled up the light was about 6 inches away I lifted it to about a foot away

Give it just the tiniest bits of water...looks like you are saturating the shit out of that soil....no bueno

I flushed the soil before I put the seed in and I watered it yesterday or the day before I water till there is run off!! the soil was completely dry when I watered hmmmmm

Could be heat stress. What's the temps? How close is the light?

Light is way too close imo. For a 300 watt led, on a new seedling, should start 24 inches and then work towards 18. If it was 6 inches, that's why your leaves are curled.

Not sure on temps but it's no where as bad as the 150 watt HPS they I grew the last one with lol

I was told that 6 inches was fine but I will raise it on up I'll do anything you guys suggest this is my second grow I have read so much my brain is fried I felt lik 6 inches was to close but he had the same light as me so I went with what he said but thanks guys very much

Led's can be pretty intense for plants, typically they have a smaller more concentrated focus of light, good if you are at a safe distance, bad if you are too close.

It can be misleading if you are used to HPS, they put off such a brighter light than Led, however plants are absorbing nearly 100% of Led, while maybe only 60% of the HPS. So although Led do not appear as intense or bright as HPS, they are to the plant!

a clear humidity dome will help here,easiest is just cut the bottom off a coke bottle (put a small air hole in the foot) cover the seedling and keep the area around moist,you wont need much water with the dome.Seedlings can be fragile,be careful with lowering the light too soon,let them grow some leaves first.

Honestly I didn't even think about that like I said I've read how people swear by leds so I went with that and Tryed to use it like I did my HPS which now I know is a no no lol

agreed, leaves are curled over lighting

I just use a cheap LED light bulb (@ 2-4 inches) I bought at Lowe's for seedlings. Once they get over 2-3 weeks old then I add HPS or HID at a safe distance of 2 feet until growth accelerates.

My autos curled under so I shut down one of the lights and they recovered. They are around the same size. Seems they need a lot less light to get started.

I have had curling up in the past, or canoeing, with pheno leaves because my room was too hot and dry. This could be your problem.
