Learning about Root Problems

hey guys

so i was going to set up a vertical scrog setup using a 1000w cool tube setup

i plan on growing 36 plants in 3" net pots. 4 pots on 3 sides on a wall stacked 3 columns high in a 5x5x5 closet

i have the blueprints set up in my head but if i did scrog i would need to prepare for extremely long tubes so i ask

1) if roots from two seperate plants touch will this cause any infections?? even if both plants are using the same nutrient solution?

2) i was going to use a drip ring and dont know how to set up my feeding cycle. i was told 24/7 and create a negative pressure on the drain pipe but im worried about over watering. i was going to use hydroton and rock wool for my medium if thats any help

3) if i placed an airstone beneath the net pots would that create a stress on the roots and would it therefore, in turn, strengthen the roots?

thanks for any help i've been cranking out research since i was 18. 21 now and i plan on having my own setup soon so i want to get the theory down before i start on the hands on
