dude, that is absolutely the WORST light you could possibly have and the plant shows it. if you want any chance of a somewhat decent harvest you need to get the t5 and cfls going yesterday.

Too much water, even though you're only watering every 5-6 days, that plant's root structure isn't using all that water, even at once a week.
Do some searches, YouTube would be better so you can see, on topping or FIMing, too. You can have a bush if you wanted, not just a stalk.

next time, use flouros at least, and be willing to take advice from people that can grow.
