leaves turning yellow

hello,some time ago i asked people about the lowest leaves turning yellow
they said its normal and all
but im starting to worry because the other leaves are turning also little yellow
if i am doing anything wrong please tell me

You're not really showing the whole plant so its hard to get an idea of how low those leaves really are and how many other leaves your plant has. I think you probably do have some sort of deficiency unless this is the very bottom of your plant and it's really bushy on top.

I lose leaves on the bottom when my plants are taller and the top is so thick that the bottom fan leaves are getting shaded. That usually happens in flower and that's when I think it's OK. If you're still in veg and your plants are as thin-looking all the way up, its probably a deficiency.

I agree, that does look like a male.

okay ,here are pictures of the whole plant

and is it because of the poor drainage that they turn yellow?
i also saw alot of little flys i searched it up and it seems to be some fungus flys or something but i can fix that with a bowl of cider :)

What you have here is a N def male, i just spotted testicals, throw it out its useless.
 
any other tips
i tryed everything and searched my ass off i got rid of the bugs everything but now it keeps turning yellow :'(

The better drainage will help with the gnats too. So after you yank the male and remake soil with drainage your good to go. And more light.
