well either you put nutrients into the plant already and they are burning it, or the lighting is way too hot and burning it. What are you using for lighting and have you places nutes on it>??

No nutrients, and the light is a 400watt mh in a cooltube and gives off like no heat. Temps are only like 78 at the hottest points

looks fine to me, buried them a little deep though. whatever is buried may try to root, that will slow things down

WP_000507.jpgWP_000508.jpgCheck it out now. It doesnt look very healthy to me especially compared to my other plants. The leaves are almost turning white and its just losing color

You can't see it to well on camera but the color diffrence is huge between those two

I see what you are talking about , are you misting with water ? , i feel its just rooting , taking longer than the other , a seedlings first 2 sets of leaves are very tough , they normally just dump off and die , nute or soil burn would do just that"burn" , light heat stress would see the leaves droop down and maybe curl , my feeling is that it will be fine , and you have no choice but to wait, try giving it a double dose of dark period if your running 18/6 light cycle , this may boost root growth....good luck

It's actually the oldest and biggest out of all of them. I added some water into the res just now and hooked it up to an airpump. Hopefully thatll encourage the root growth.

And this plant in particular has been on a drip system getting watered 4 times a day

By the way its already having the roots poke out of the rockwool cube it just hasnt reached the res yet

Thats a good sign , keep it moist , and its also good you buried it deeper , root riot cubes are awesome , but when you plant them to close to the top the stem can sometimes struggle later on in flower, this is good practice....

well its in a 10 inch netpot so its probably gunna take a while before it reaches the res. I didnt have any water in the res though all this time, i didnt know having water under it will encourage it to find the water.

The roots of any plant will always branch out in search of water.

In that case is there any benefit of me running the pump right now and keeping water in the res? Or can I just keep it empty until the roots grow
