If you don't trust your daughter why is she looking after your house? Kick her butt out and hire a house sitter or just lock the place down tight.
You need to check out those trichcombs not just the hairs. Wavels asked a good question how long have they been flowering? Most all gun safes are air tight (unless they are super cheap) so don't but anything in there.
The hinges are on the inside of the door and if you put a good padlock on the outside how could she get in? Use an axe and break the door down? How old is this master thief?

Wow, those are stressful conditions for a grow.
Two issues here.
About the plants: For White Widow I harvest about 9-10 weeks, If you have to cut them, wait till the last moment. You should get pretty nice smoke, not optimum for this strain but well worth your efforts. You definitely need to figure out someplace else to dry the buds....they should give off quite a stench when drying....good luck.

Why stress out on this issue for your entire vacation, wondering if you'll have any to the fruit of your labors when you get back? Like Wavels said, if you cut them down now, you'll still have some good smoke when you get back. So ... you have six days to dry them out. Just cut them, hang the upside down with a fan blowing GENTLY from across the room. Then, before you leave on vacation, just cut the buds off the stems, put them LOOSELY into brown paper bag lunch sacks and put them in your safe. When you come back, you'll have some nice smoke.
Did you take clones for your next grow? If so, what are you planning for their security and care?

You need some type of security something you can count on. You shouldn't have to worry about someone (especially your own family) ripping you off. If it is that bad don't go or harvest before you go. Pick one you don't seem to have a lot of options.
But this raises a good question how secure is your grow area? Could you leave and be certain that nobody could access your plants?
Many people can't seem to keep their mouths shut regarding grow sites now days. If you are growing don't show, tell or in any other way let people know about it.
