Leaving the little bottom buds to flower a bit more?

I heard it was possible to harvest the big buds some time before the little buds, giving them a little more time/light to mature a bit more.

however, i was wondering how to go about doing this. can you snip the main buds off (From the main branch, same one as the little buds), and the little buds will continue to develop? Sounds a little strange.

Yes that is exactly what happens... you're allowing more light to penetrate the lower budsite which = more growth, even late in the game after 8 weeks flowering.

Yes you can do that, I recommend that you have cotton swabs and alcohol and dab the stem where you cut it. This will help seal the cut and keep away infections.

id just cut the big buds leave the small ones but u wont get a whole lot but thats your call i cut my plants all at once so i can harvest 7 days later and not have stray pots in my flower room taking up space worthy plants could use
