LEC lighting and distance from the plants

Just built a new grow hut and moved from HPS to LEC 630 fixtures. I noticed some brown edges on some of the leaves. I have the lights 2 feet from the top of the plant. should it be further away? I am week 3 and haven't intorduced any nutes other than root hormone, using RO water PHd to 5.8-6.2.
