LED glasses

I'm wondering which type of glasses I should wear to protect my eyes from LED lighting? I am using 4x CREE CXB3590 leds on a 320W driver. (3500k colour temperature)

Should I use a pair of the LED glasses (usually green), or something else? It seems they are meant for the blurple leds, not the white ones.

Thanks.

Rule of thumb i say ... if it hurts your eyes to look near (not at of course its going to hurt) or if reflections hurt ... wear glasses. its your eyes... you only really get one pair of them .. last thing you want is ruining them. Only time i dont wear glasses is when i have fluo's and i dont use them anymore

My eyesight degraded SEVERELY last grow, from 20/30 to 20/100 in my right eye the past 6 months. I never wore sunglasses in the tent and looked directly at the HLG 550V2 rspec too often, I guess. Ordered VivoSun LED glasses off Amazon, they arrive tomorrow....cheap enough $15.99

same glasses Friedguy bought, link is above ^
