I guess my plants seem to be doing good with Blue LEDs only in early morning and then Blue LEDs + Yellowish White LEDs during most of the day , and then Yellowish White LEDs + Red LEDs in late afternoon to early evening .

I am using LED sticks ( 3 of them are (Red) or (Blue) or (Red + Blue ) ; (The other three sticks are Yellowish White) . I read somewhere this morning that the light should be Yellowish White LEDs + Blue LEDs during the day . To me that implies to me that I should wake up the plants with Blue LED only for about an hour or two in the morning . I read somewhere else that plants like some Red Light only right before bedtime .for about 15 minutes to trigger them that it is time to be without any light at night . So to me this implies in late afternoon or early evening I can combine Yellowish White + Red ; and then right before bedtime a half an hour of just RED right before bedtime .

Plants are currently in Vegetative State . To me that implies that when I get in Flower state I should reduce Blue during the day and increase the RED ; but using the Yellowing White during both Vegetative and Flowerring State .

Not sure if I am entirely correct in my thinking on this topic .

I tried many times to turn on RED LEDs + BLUE LEDs + Yellowish White LEDS . but my plants seem to not like when I have Yellowish White + Blue + Red . The plants seem to like Yellowish White plus either Red or Blue , but having both Blue and Red on at the same time seems to confuse the plants and slows their growth ( even though they are very healthy ; they still seem to get confused when both Red and Blue are on at the same time . ) .

The Photo is mostly Habenero and Lemon Mint ; There is 1 big Habanero Seedling up top , but slightly left of center ; and the other Habaneros and Lemon Mints ( some call it Lemon Balm ) are in various stages of being fairly young seedlings .
In the bottom right corner is a gift from someone that I think is Basil . There is also a Catnip plant and if you rub a leaf it smells like certain Cannabis Strains with mostly Sativa in it ; at any rate Catnip smells like Cannabis if you rub a leaf and then smell your finger .
