LED lighting not specefied for growing cannabis question.

Hi guys, I have been reading older threads about LED growing and I have a question that I would like to be answered by people who have hooked up the wires to these things and ran them, not by theologians who like to debate their side of things. I will give a little more info on my product in question. It is a LSI Industries 100-light panel that emits white light. From what I have read, this is phosphor enhanced white, not RGB. It is not used for growing cannabis normally but it is pretty pricey I believe about $1,500 each panel so maybe it is high quality?. It is about 16.5" by 24.5"

In the past I used this thing shortly over some seedlings but maybe I had it too close it seemed to have the same effect as too-high-wattage HID over too small plants. I just took it out and went back to my T5 for veg and under HID for flower. I just wanna know does this light panel have potential and have YOU, the responder to this thread ever used commercial lighting LED with any decent results? This is not a thread to debate whether my light is for growing or not, because it's NOT. But rather, WILL it grow anything decent, not having any reds or blues in it at all.

I cant hook up my phone to PC right now due to no wire or I would upload pics.
