LED Lights glowing when turned off

I just bought a 150watt Morsen LED light and recieved it the other day. When the light is turned off, the diodes glow slightly. Do I have a faulty LED light or is this normal? Will it effect my plants?

use a mechanical timer instead of digital........yes it will effect your plants flower cycle; fix it asap

Well nvm, it was a faulty power strip
