led lights

im starting to see these more and more but dont know anything about them...whats the pros and cons about them and which are better led's or hid's

Not trying to be a Dick or anything but if you search you will find some great articles that people have written about them. Also if you do a simple search via google you will be able to find others that are expirementing with them. The biggest thing is to make sure you have enough power and keep them close to the plants. Search and you shall recieve!!!

Before you get all pissy that is what I did!!

i have done research and from wat i see though photosynthesis peaks on the red and blue spectrum, it occurs on more than just the red and blue spectrum. i wasnt sure how the plants reacted to it so thats why i asked cuz i have read both good and bad articles on them
