Looks like just another Chinese plant stretcher to me.Im sure it will grow plants.I just dont care for em.My 2 cents.

Hey BigBite, I don't have any experience with the light you have. Having said that and doing a little reading it looks like it will grow plants OK but is a little under gunned for my taste.
You'll find around here there are a few grow lighting guru's and a lot of DIYr's that build their own light arrays. I started out with a 600w led similar to yours but after doing a lot of reading and getting advice from the members I built a COB light and will be building another.
Sit back, kick your shoes off and relax, you'll be amazed at the talent willing to be shared on the forum when it comes to lighting. And if you're not into building a light there are some great guys here that run grow light business's.
