Lemon Skunk clone

Hi
basically here is my setup 250w cfl, fan, bubbler bucket and my clone SIMPLES

So Ive had it for about a week and bit ... give or take few days and i think it may be due to lack of circulation but my leaves, mainly the new ones, are sorta wrinkled its weird i have never seen it before .... any ideas ?

what other details yous needin lads ? sorry a have done one low ryder b4 and it was perfect but it was coco i used for tht ma m8 was talkin bout bubble buckets so tryin tht. Im usin a 20l bucket which has 15l of water with 15ml of vitalink growth light is on 18 off 6

I'm no master hydro-technician but here are a few things you could mention to try to get a faster response

#1. Temp in your grow area, proper ventilation is crucial

#2. PH of your water, again very crucial. If you dont have a tester you should at least get a fish tank test kit from walmart they're like $5 or less.

#3. Are you sure the water is getting enough oxygen?
