Length of Roots using Jiffy 7 Peat Pellets

Hi

I’m using an undercurrent from current culture and cloning with 36mm Jiffy 7 peat pellets. I’m having such success with the jiffy 7 that I want to use them in the undercurrent.How far should the roots stick out of the pellets before transplant into the UC6XL?

If you have the patients then I would let them come out at least 2 to 3 inches the better roots you have the healthier they will be.
