Finally, got one of each all wired up, no blink...should be good to mount tomorrow. 15 min run time each per day. 660's at wake up, 730's at go to sleep. Debating if I should cut lights on to 11.5, with remaining half being the signal lights. May encourage the quicker ripening with minimal yield loss.

Also debating turning off the Mars Blurples and putting in the two 3000-3500k COBs.
Hope the soldering went well for you and you found your 3rd hand ;)

On your thoughts on cycle times. I'm just finishing up a 2nd round at 11.5/12.5 with the same initiators on for 12 minutes on each end (660nm before lights on, 730nm after lights off, overlap of 2 minutes on each end). I've gone down from an original 12.5/11.5, then 12/12, now 11.5/12.5. What I've seen is the initiators seem to have done the job of reducing my finish times at 11.5/12.5 by a few days (3-4 days less than 12/12, 5-7 days less than 12.5/11.5) from previous runs of the control clones. Initiators didn't seem to affect finish times as much at either 12.5/11.5, or 12/12. Haven't pulled them yet but I'm not seeing any significant loss of yields, buds are solid/dense, terps are good. Not seeing a downside to 11.5/12.5 if you want to try and reduce your harvest times a bit and maintain decent yields.

Couple of sample buds from my control clones:

Blue Harley, Day 47, will finish by Day 52, probably pull at Day 54 when it dries out from a last watering:

Blue Pyramid, Day 47, will finish and get the pull at Day 51 when it dries out:

I'm going to try 11.5/12.5, I've been going like 9 weeks. I'd be happy with 60 day finish times at this point.

Yeah you should knock off a few days with this setup. The other thing I've found through testing is that you need 25-30w/sq. ft. minimum, otherwise that also added to my finish times. I ran a couple of rounds with one end of the room at low w/sq./ft. like 22-25w/sq. ft. and although the yields were very good, it added as much as 7-10 days to my finish times.
