It has a White House letterhead. That means it comes from the man who lives there.
But politicians and presidents lie all the time.
Truth is it is just part of the plan to generate civil unrest. While thats going on the economy will crash along with the system so socialism/communism/NWO can be ushered in.

As much as I disagree with the White House on this issue, the Obama administration's views on marijuana are not part of some conspiracy to generate civil unrest so we can all be commies...
