No. It will kill your beneficial bacteria. Gnats are pretty easy. Any of the organic based root drench solutions should work great for you. I'm in hydro, so the H202 isn't an issue. In living soil though you should use an organic option. Heck you can probably source something like that at home depot.

Ha no,Canada here they sell nothing related to our growing.Mosquito dunks is what im using for hydro/coco and my living soil.
