About 20 seed orders over the last 3 years most with Attitude and never an issue with quality of genetics. One herm, maybe one immature seed. Never the wrong genetic. As for whether you are legal or not it doesn't matter, they still can't legally send seeds to US or refund you anything. The strains you mention I have never heard of let alone bought. Shit happens? IDK. Sucks.

That Bhutanese is an ugly one.

You realize you are growing 12+ week sativas and comparing them to an 8 week strain.

My shit is dialed in, I've got co2 going, there's no issues with pest or temps, I stay at 75°

might I inquire as to what is wrong with the plants? Holy Smokes is not a breeder but rather a repackager and they obtain their seeds from Malberry , a very good and well respected breeding company...one of the first and oldest as a matter of fact...please remember that these are landrace genetics and not the hybrids you are probably used to

And you cannot expect the Tude to do what they forewarned you that they will not do...I had some positronics beans that didn't germ but I just told them they were "defective" and told the same to Positronics and 6 days later a new pack in the mail...all of which were fine and many more packs since as well

your mad at a seed broker. they tell you its not for growing im surprised you got a response at all. i had an issue where a pack was missing with them and yes it took some convincing but i had the pack sent to me. they are a good company and they do stand behind there guarantee of delivering you your beans. it is illegal in both the uk and allllllllllll of the USA. its called a federal law they trump you little poor state. be smart send an email to holy smokes and see what they say. i know if i had an issue i would speak with the breeder not the broker. as a mater of fact i have and it never once occurred to me that the tude was responsible. smoke a pipe calm down and think rationally about it. they are not the breeder your issue is with the breeder if your tv broke a year in you would go to the manufacturer not the store... well i hope you would unless you bought the rip off plan
