This has never been a "theocracy" and marriage has always been between a man and a woman in this country. You have no point. You move to Iran since you love Islam so much.
in 1905, you could have made the same argument about letting women vote

tell me why gays do not deserve equal rights.

something in the constitution about cruel and unusual punishment.

thought a big bad constitutionalist like yourself might know that.

now go ahead and vacillate on that statement like you do with all your others.
I personally would rather be locked up maybe with a gym and a work for goods program would sound more appealing than the death penalty. And how do you think incarceration is cruel and unusual? Yet another baseless claim. Go ahead keep attacking me, your desperation is almost comical at this point.

Letting women vote is a civil rights issue. Gay marriage isn't. Gays have every right I do and more because there are some states where gay marriage is legal. Marriage is a state issue. Always has been.

No, it's not a "right". You clearly don't understand where rights come from. Here's a clue...our rights don't come from govt. Govt "protects" our rights. I hope you're taking notes. You're gonna learn more now than you ever did in your public indoctrination centers.

Well it was definitely better than your elementary school playground tongue twister. This nation would be in much better shape if Palin and Perry were in office than the two asswipes in there now.

You need to get out of the trailer park and broaden your sphere of education.

Marriage between same sex couples is a "special right".
no it isn't.

no state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the united states; nor shall any state deprive and person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor dent to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the law.

learn it, jack.
