Here is a model separation agreement: Our two groups can equitably divide up the country by land mass, each taking a portion. That will be the difficult part, but I am sure our two sides can come to a friendly agreement. After that, it should be relatively easy! Our respective representatives can effortlessly divide other assets since both sides have such distinct and disparate tastes.

We don't like redistributive taxes, so you can keep them. You are welcome to the liberal judges and the American Civil Liberties Union. Since you hate guns and war, we'll take our firearms, the cops, the National Rifle Association and the military. You can keep Oprah Winfrey, Michael Moore and Rosie O'Donnell. We'll keep the capitalism, greedy corporations, pharmaceutical companies, Wal-Mart and Wall Street. You can have your beloved homeless, homeboys, hippies and illegal aliens. We'll keep the hot Alaskan hockey moms, greedy CEOs and rednecks. We'll keep the Bibles and give you NBC and Hollywood. You can make nice with Iran and the Palestinians, and we'll retain the right to invade and hammer places that threaten us. You can have the peaceniks and war protesters. When our allies or our way of life are under assault, we'll help provide them security. ...

You can give everyone health care if you can find any practicing doctors. We'll continue to believe health care is a luxury and not a right.
We'll keep The Battle Hymn of the Republic and the National Anthem. I'm sure you'll be happy to substitute Imagine, I'd Like to Teach the World to Sing, Kum Ba Ya or We Are the World . We'll practice trickle-down economics, and you can give trickle-up poverty your best shot.

I’ll keep my civil liberties, and any judge and body who will defend them. Since I don’t see a need for a huge military, you can have them. I’ll keep all the entertaining people of the media who do not want to shove their agenda down my throat, but want me to be as happy a human being as I can be. Take the capitalism, the greed, the monopolies and the TOO BIG TO FAIL companies. I’ll keep the mom and pop shops, and the small local banks that if they fail won’t throw my entire economy in the shitter. Go ahead, keep the racists, the thieves, lobbyists and ignorant “leaders”. We can keep the open minds, intellectuals, and empathy. Keep the bilbes, we don’t condone the silencing of science in the name of fantasy. Along with that take abstinence, incest, and polygamist colonies, we’ll keep safe sex, planned-parenthood, and free-love. We’ll keep Hollywood, and all the fame that comes with it.
We’ll just engage with YOUR current enemies and get cheaper resources, more & cheaper oil, and better preparation for the direction the world economy is heading. Keep abusing the peoples of the world, while outsourcing all of your productions, when they shut you out, you will be left alone, with your big ego, and a big useless military.

We’ll take universal health care, and will not talk bad about you when you skip the border to be treated for free, and will not be afraid of showing you that it actually CAN work.


You will be told by FNC that trickle down economics is in place, yet the cost-cutting, price-increasing will continue, we’ll be happy to watch you live a lie. We will thrive in a place where corruption is unnecessary, monopolies will not be permitted, and happiness will be the law of the land.

I think people need to reread the Declaration of Independence and the US Constitution. You don't even have to read the whole thing, just the first few lines of each. Then, you'll understand why republican/conservative ideals are at best traitorous to the nation. "We, the people" voted for this and a lot of change needs to occur to undo all of this madness. It took Clinton 8 years to undo 4 years of Bush and we still weren't done when Bush II came along. Bush II was the worst 8 years in American history. We'll probably need a few decades to pull out of this one. If we kept financial regulations in place, there would be no such thing as banks being too big to fail. Remember, when and more specifically WHY AT&T was broken up? Now, we have these mega banks in our midst, walmarts, and substandard Chinese goods etc etc etc. Bush II literally sent his nation back to the 1920/30s. We're even suffering a "Great Depression" again.

It's sad that people don't understand what Obama is doing. Let me help you understand. He has to stabilize the economy first. Unfortunately, that means saving jobs by saving these mega companies who employ all of these people. Regulations have to be reinstated and then enforced. He hasn't even been in office a full year and people are ready to cash out. Give the man a chance. He won't be able to fix anything even if he gets 2 terms. But, if he had some damn support, he could get things stabilized in that time period. It's not as easy to jump 8 decades forward when you have people fighting progress and losing their spirit. It's going to be a long time before we get back to any kind of glory.

Hopefully, Obama can lead us into some kind of stability. If he's a real liberal/progressive, he'll break up those big companies like AT&T was broken up, bring jobs back to the US through a resurgence in manufacturing, and do it all without destroying the environment in the process. But, damn it, give the muthafucka a chance to get it done. It hasn't even been a full year yet. I think anyone who uses their brain even a little bit knows he's not going to do it all in his term(s). But, he can set the framework into motion.

I still can't legally Own my Full Auto AK-47 that I took from Iraq in '90. I still have to fill out background checks to purchase a firearm, there's still a waiting period on handguns. Not much has changed there Han, or do you know of some new statutes that Obama has passed that has given us MORE? And if you do would you please list them all so we can see?

Actually you can keep the following: NBC and Hollywood, they would fall under the "greedy CEOs" category. Since your taking Wall Street, we will retain the supply of gold, silver, copper, grains and any other commodity that's useful and has value, after all, your greedy CEO's and wall street will try to find a way of legally stealing them from us. You can keep the federal reserve, as a private company it falls under the "greedy CEO" category. Since your keeping your bibles, I suggest you keep the loud mouth preachers that go along with them. Except that that's not true. read the small arms treaty they are trying to sneakily pass. Hillary Clinton is all too willing to go along with an all-encompassing gun grab which has been the UN’s dream for some time now. In fact, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton just announced the Obama Administration would be working hand in glove with the U.N. to pass a new “Small Arms Treaty.”
