Light brown tips after I switched to LED

I have a 3.5 inch seedling in a 5 Gal bucket. 75 degree temp 40% humidity. Happy frog soil using distilled water at grow room temp. 6.8 to 7.0 PH level and no nutrients. There are almost white spots on some leaves. From tip half to to the base of my top leaf is a light brown. I'm using a full spectrum 600W LED with UV and IR. The light was about 8 inches from it I moved it a foot away any advice?

I have a 450w LED and it is drawing roughly 215w. The manual says 16-24 inches away. With your light I would think a minimum of 18 or 20.
