Light Cycle Question

Has anyone experimented on different light intervals with good results???

for instance : using 24hrs of light with a certain set of lets say 1 hr breaks, 6 time during vegetation, instead of just 18/6.

just curious as to whether it is 24hr/0, 20/4, 18/6 etc or something can be done differently??

Some people don't use 24 hour cycles.. Sounds stupid to me. Completely breaks natures rules. That's about all I know.

what do u suggest instead?? i heard 24hrs str8 increases odds of males too.....i wanna know if there are any time schedule variants i dont know about, or some that poeple have tried with success.....the test subjects are 40%sativa
