Light cycles

Hey i have question about my plant and it's light cycles. The plant is 18 days old and my light cycle is currently 24/7 with two CFL 26w cool blue spectrum about 10 inches above the plant. My question is are my lights to close? and should i change my light cycle to a different schedule? Im also practicing LST so my plant is only about 3-4 inches tall

Put it as close as you can, use your hand to test it, if its to hot for your hand it too hot for your plant. You could go 18/6 thats what I do, some people like 24/7 all the time its really a personal preference. But I like to mimic nature. If you can get more lights do it because 2 cfls are not going to cut it.

Uh yeah you might be better served with your lights about an inch or two away from the plant/plants. CFL's don't produce much light and the light will deteriorate at that range to a sub minimal level.

As for schedule you should get more light and start dropping the hours they are on, maybe an hour a week til you get to flowering.
