OKAY let me try and help you. Your lights aren't going to grow poundages or even a few ounces. Your going to get grams be prepared for that. If your using 2 120 watt spot lights they give off a lot of heat and a little light. If money is tight and I understand how that is get some about 10 23watt CFL and that will grow better than that. IF you are a little better off get some HIDS lamps. The light not matter the type should be far enough away that the temp gets no higher than 80f degrees preferable 75f. More light = more bud: more plants + same light = a lot of small buds.

a 4' fixture will work very well for seedlings and vegging, too I'm going the gorilla route and using the same 2, double bulb 4 foot fixtures all the way from seedling to harvest! but that's just me. I am a masochist (it's a money thing) but cfl's are your best bet you wanta total of about 50w per plant do NOT buy grow lights they suck. wrong spectrum for pot plants
