Light fa ma Chron?

Sups brethren and bitties,i dont have much indoor experiance and im not growing to sell right now. I gots 2 plants growing that i am afraid my not have enough light. I wanted to know how many lights i need for 2 plants; how many lights? wut kind? how far away to put them? Help me out, if possible.

im growin in my basement, in a kindof like aquarium thing. I got tinfoil on the insides to reflect the light, the seedlings are about 1 1/2 weeks old. I got a fan blow both plants. The lights should be about 8 inches away or more just not closer than like 8 inches really. Heat might also be an issue cuz there might be too much comin off the yellow light er wutev that i have right now. Its 60 watts and, i also got a white light lamp but i dont know how many watts it is

you need a bunch of cfl lighting,,or some metal halide and a HPS lighting,,cfl's are easier to keep cool,,meatl and hps require you keep the tmps down with venting,,
