If you are on a 18/6 cycle or something similar, and light is leaking it during the dark cycle enough to cause your plants not to switch off, then it will be just like if you were running your lights 24 hours around the clock.

But if that leaking light coming in during the dark cycle is intermittent, then it will stress your plants.
