light or dark

is it best to cut the plant after the dark period or does it not matter??

i do it just as lights are coming on. some people do a 24 to 48 hour dark period before chop. i gave a 30 hour dark period for 1 plant and it looked like it had alot more crystals then before the dark period. but coulda been wishful thinking. lol
